Ashlee’s career doesn’t sit neatly in one lane, and that’s exactly what makes it work. Over more than 20 years, she has built a mix of experience that bridges corporate, community, and not-for-profit sectors. She has worked in sales, marketing, events, business operations, and executive support for global organisations including SHL, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, Citrix, LogMeIn and GoTo.

Alongside her corporate life, Ashlee has spent more than a decade contributing to the not-for-profit sector in leadership and board roles. She started at a local level with the Australian Multiple Birth Association (AMBA) and went on to serve on the national Board of Directors for eight years, including five as Chairperson. During that time she helped strengthen AMBA’s national presence, improved collaboration across its member network, and raised its profile within the healthcare sector and broader community.

She has also served on the committee of the Hydrocephalus Support Association and until recently was a Director with the International Council of Multiple Birth Organisations (ICOMBO). In 2022, she joined Donor Conceived Australia, working with the founders to build the foundations of an organisation advocating for legislative and policy change for donor-conceived people in Australia.

Professionally, Ashlee has spent most of her career working alongside senior executives, first in large global technology companies and more recently within smaller, purpose-driven organisations. At ProActive Psychology, she manages the day-to-day operations of a busy clinical practice, keeping things running smoothly across people, programs, and processes. At GoTo, she supported the Asia Pacific Vice President, managing regional programs and operations across three countries. While at TidyHQ, she worked across executive projects, strategy planning, events, customer experience, and operational improvement.

Ashlee’s strength lies in connecting people, processes, and purpose. She can see the gaps others miss, simplify complexity, and bring structure to fast-moving environments without losing sight of what really matters. She is as comfortable designing a strategy or planning an event as she is getting hands-on with systems, surveys, or member communications.

She is curious by nature and believes that passion and purpose are the foundation of good work. She likes to understand how things function, why they do not, and what could make them better. At her best, she is helping ideas turn into organised, tangible outcomes that make life easier for the people she works with.
